Kronic started buying records in 1997 and dj’ing in 1998. Influenced by many music styles, Kronic main interest was Detroit‘s Techno, TechnoBass and ofcourse Ghettotech.
As originator of Bugtronix, he was involved in many underground projects in Brussels like D-Jacking Zone and Pussies Traxes. Kronic’s highlight as a techno dj was a party @ Silo were he had the change to mix along D-knox and Echoplex. As a ghetto dj he played alongside Dj Godfather, Dj Nasty, Aux88, Bitch Ass Darius, Mister Ries, Serge
(clone), Non Stop dj’s, Nessbeth, Diamond grills (Goon & Koyote), Family Werks, D-Jack, Spacid, Popane,
Shaman, Lysergic, ...
Nowadays Kronic is besides a ghettotech dj also a ghettotech and techno - wave producer.
Together with aimOne (grafix addict)
he started Booty.be in 2003. A successful collaboration of music and grafix.Making music for over ten years starting with dos-trackers en gooveboxes.
In the last 5 years it got more serious, developing his production skills.
After pressing up some dubplates to use in his sets, it was the public and fellow dj’s that pushed him to start sending out demos to record labels.
Out of passion for electronic music, he saw it as a must to make a statement by founding the first Belgian Ghettotech - Booty Bass Label, together with aimOne, Zymotic and Chao Xin.
Thus the birth of Spanking Records was a fact.
Recently Kronic his skills were noticed outside the borders of his homeland, getting him gigs in Vienna, Austria and Paris, France.
